                               RESOLUTION NO. 19214
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CREDIT IN THE
                   AMOUNT OF THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,800.00) TO BFI WASTE
                   SYSTEMS ("BFI"), SUBJECT TO BFI CREDITING
                   THE SAME AMOUNT TO COVENANT TRANSPORT, INC.,
                   RELATIVE TO LANDFILL CHARGES INCURRED BY
                   COVENANT TRANSPORT, INC. ASSOCIATED WITH THE
                   CLEANUP OF A LARGE DUMPSITE ADJACENT TO THE
                   RED FOOD STORE ON 23RD STREET.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized a
       credit in the amount of $3,800.00 to BFI Waste Systems ("BFI"),
       subject to the condition that BFI credit $3,800.00 to Covenant
       Transport, Inc., relative to landfill charges incurred by 
Covenant
       Transport, Inc. associated with the cleanup of a large dumpsite
       adjacent to the Red Food Store on 23rd Street.
